WHATS ANGLE VALVE?  WHATS SEAT ANGLE HEAD? WHAT FOR???

          This is another alternatives developed to provide better greater engine performance. The angle of work on the valve and valve seat is to modify and improve the flow will pass between the valves an seats. This stream, which may be the exhaust gas and the air and fuel admited. There fore necessary to perform both the valve and seat of admission and exhaust valve seat, so there is an equalizer. Since increasing the quantity of fuel in the air chamber, gas will come out naturally. 

       

        Note that in the figure, the illustrated a valve seat and original. As far as the valve seat having only an angle 45°, whit is also so for sealing the combustion chamber. This unique angle, hinders the flow tha passed by. The flow is changed direction dramatically, deducing its speed pass between the valve and the seat.

         In the picture on the right, is a valve and its seat with the angle of work already done. The angle of 45° to valve seal remained, but was added to the valve and seat two angle. These angles make the addtional function of smoothing the flow passage. It shold be noted in the illustration that the passage becomes smoother and less convoluted, thereby increasing engine power.

NOTE: This work should be performed by a professional endowed whith lathe.
