WHATS ANGLE VALVE?  WHATS SEAT ANGLE HEAD? WHAT FOR???

          This is another alternatives developed to provide better greater engine performance. The angle of work on the valve and valve seat is to modify and improve the flow will pass between the valves an seats. This stream, which may be the exhaust gas and the air and fuel admited. There fore necessary to perform both the valve and seat of admission and exhaust valve seat, so there is an equalizer. Since increasing the quantity of fuel in the air chamber, gas will come out naturally. 

       

        Note that in the figure, the illustrated a valve seat and original. As far as the valve seat having only an angle 45°, whit is also so for sealing the combustion chamber. This unique angle, hinders the flow tha passed by. The flow is changed direction dramatically, deducing its speed pass between the valve and the seat.

         In the picture on the right, is a valve and its seat with the angle of work already done. The angle of 45° to valve seal remained, but was added to the valve and seat two angle. These angles make the addtional function of smoothing the flow passage. It shold be noted in the illustration that the passage becomes smoother and less convoluted, thereby increasing engine power.

NOTE: This work should be performed by a professional endowed whith lathe.

ÂNGULO VÁLVULAS/ CABEÇOTE

ÂNGULO de VÁLVULA ?    ÂNGULO de CABEÇOTE?   PARA QUE??? 

        Esta é mais uma das alternativas desenvolvidas para se obter melhor e maior desempenho do motor. O trabalho de ângulo realizado na válvula e na sede da válvula consiste em alterar, e melhorar o fluxo que passará entre as válvulas e as sedes. Fluxo este, que pode ser dos gases de escape e do ar e combustível admitido. Assim sendo necessário realizar tanto na válvula e sede de admissão e na válvula e sede de exaustão, para que haja uma equalização. Uma vez que se aumenta a quantidade de ar combustível na câmara, naturalmente saíra mais gases.

      

  Repare que na figura ao lado, esta ilustrado uma válvula e sede originais. Tanto a válvula quanto a sede possuem apenas um ângulo de 45°, que também assim o é para vedação da câmara de combustão. Este ângulo único, dificulta o fluxo que por ali passa. O fluxo é mudado de direção de forma drástica, diminuindo sua velocidade para passar entre a válvula e a sede. 

          Já na figura a direita, está uma válvula e sua sede com o trabalho de ângulo já realizado. O ângulo de 45° para vedação da válvula permaneceu, porém foi acrescentado na válvula e na sede dois ângulos. Estes ângulos adicionais fazem a função de suavizar a passagem do fluxo. Nota-se na ilustração que a passagem se torna mais suave e menos sinuosa, aumentando desta forma a potência do motor.

  

OBS: Este trabalho deverá ser realizado por um profissional dotado de ferramentas operatrizes (torno).

Tip for you put LOW SPRING in your CIVIC 2001/2006

      With the sports springs RED COIL, at least these models of HONDA CIVIC (2001 a 2006), usually to limite the shock, just a ledge a little higher and listen to a "TUC". But it is up to you a cheap and a simple tip. Of course improves about 40% only, but already al great value.

Just a though as the suspension stop already with the dust cover there will need the cut them in green line where ilustrated. Part of stop should be replaced by foam.

This stop model is the front suspension of OPEL CORSA. In applying in the CIVIC, position the taper down. It will be noted a significant difference in the surface protrusions.

LOW OPEL CORSA FAMILY TIP

GOOD MORNING GUYS !!!

I have a tip for low OPEL CORSA FAMILY. 

It is observed that when lowering any vehicle of the OPEL CORSA FAMILY, the camber is extremely negative , taking out the tire to the front wings . Then follows video of a brother instructing you to be doing this job , very well explained , say by the way . In addition to setting the camber , you will be scrolling the wheel inside, taking much less the front wheels in the fenders.

Note: as I have done this service fits the tip , use " bench drill " , ask a friend to help you , so that you get the job done in a few hours .

OFF-SET OF A WHEEL

WHAT IS OFF-SET OF A WHEEL?

         Consists roughly speaking if the vehicle wheel drawing is inward or outward. The basis for measurement of the offset is from the middle of the wheel width. The more positive the offset will be more into the wheel, if it is negative the trend is that the wheel is out of the body . The following illustration:

Clarification on what it is, and for serving a INTERCOOLER and ICECOOLER 

Both iceccoler serve as the intercooler to cool the air to be admitted to the engine . Has applications usually turbo cars. Its basic functionality is similar to the radiator water . The intake air enters through a hole , goes through a " hive " and left the other hole , but at a lower temperature. With the inlet air in colder temperatures , improves the combustion and engine breaking risk drops .

The intercooler for the most part is made ​​of aluminum , as this material has high power heat dissipation . There are various designs for all     types of vehicles and engine     conFiguration . Some companies do as customer's need , making it customizable. Very suitable for power gain , and who have turbo car and travels extensively.

The icecooler have the principles exactly like intercooleR,but is used in extreme engines preparations. The impossibility of installation in lower power vehicles to the physical space that the equipment requires.  Esclarecimento sobre o que é, e para que serve um INTERCOOLER e um ICECOOLER.

     Tanto o intercooler como o iceccoler servem para refrigerar o ar que será admitido pelo motor. Tem suas aplicações geralmente em carros turbo. Sua funcionalidade básicas é semelhantes a de um radiador de água. O ar admitido entra por um orifício, passa por uma "colmeia" e saí por outro orifício, porém em temperatura menor. Com o ar admitido em temperaturas mais frias, melhora-se a combustão e o risco de quebra do motor cai.

INTERCOOLER

O intercooler em sua grande maioria é confeccionado em alumínio, pois este material tem alto poder de dissipação de calor. Existem vários modelos, para todos os tipos de configuração de motor e veículos. Algumas empresas fazem conforme necessidade do cliente, tornando-o personalizável. Muito indicado para ganho de potência, e para quem têm carro turbo e viaja bastante.

ICECOOLER

O icecooler têm os príncipios exatamente iguais a de intercooler, mas é utilizado em preparações extremas de motores. A inviabilidade de instalação em veículos de menor potência da-se ao espaço físico que o equipamento exige. Nota-se pela foto a dimensão do icecooler, e também que o equipamento faz juz ao seu nome - gela de fato o ar que será dmitido pelo motor.

Molas Esportivas CIVIC 2002

        Fala aí galera !!!

   Dica para quem colocou molas esportivas em seu CIVIC (2001 a 2006).

   Com as molas esportivas RED COIL, pelo menos estes modelos de HONDAs CIVICs, costuma bater seco muito fácil, basta uma saliência um pouco mais elevada e escuta-se um "tuc". Da até desanimo. Mas cabe aos senhores uma dica barata e simples. Claro melhora uns 40% apenas, mas já de grande valia.


   Basta que seja feita a substituição do batente original, por um de espuma, preferência os da linha corsa.

 

Apenas um porém, como o batente do CIVIC já é junto com o guarda-pó, haverá a necessidade de cortá-los, na linha onde mostra a ilustração. A parte do batente deverá ser substituído, pelo de espuma. Modelo abaixo.

 

Este modelo de batente é da suspensão dianteira do CORSA. Na aplicação no CIVIC, posicionar a parte cônica para baixo. Será notado uma diferença relevante nas saliências do piso.
